Browser Extension Troubleshooting

If you are experiencing issues with the PathZeno Chrome extension, please try the following steps:

  • Make sure you are signed in to your PathZeno account
  • Confirm the extension is installed and enabled in your browser extensions manager
  • Pin the extension to the Chrome toolbar for easy access
  • Refresh the job application page after installing or updating the extension
  • Ensure you are using the extension on supported job application pages
  • Always review all autofilled fields before submitting your application

Billing & Refund Policy

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. If you have any questions regarding your billing or subscription, please contact support.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

7-day money-back guarantee: If PathZeno Pro is not a fit, contact support within 7 days of your first Pro purchase and we’ll refund your first subscription payment to the original payment method. Applies once per customer. Does not apply to renewals, accounts that violate our Terms, or job-search outcomes.

Note: Approved refund requests immediately terminate Pro access because the payment is reversed. Standard cancellations (without refund) preserve Pro access until the end of your current paid billing period.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under our 7-day money-back guarantee, please email support@pathzeno.com with the subject line "Refund Request". Please include the following details:

  • The email address associated with your PathZeno account
  • The date of your initial Pro subscription purchase
  • An optional brief explanation of why the product wasn't a fit (this helps us improve)

⚠️ Important: For your security, do NOT include your credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment credentials in your support email. We will process the refund directly to your original payment method via Stripe.
